Job summary

DX Group is seeking a Depot General Manager to lead and manage the service centre operation across DX products. You will drive budgeted service, cost and quality targets while overseeing staff, subcontractors and owner drivers to deliver the Delivered Exactly promise.

You will champion change, drive improvements, and ensure high standards of customer and supplier management in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Line management experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Proven ability to identify problems and deploy solutions.
• Strong customer and supplier relationship management.
• Essential: experience in logistics or distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the service centre operation.
• Oversee premises, equipment and consumables to ensure cost-effective, high-quality performance.
• Drive change to deliver an integrated service centre aligned with DX plans.
• Manage employed staff, subcontractors and partner drivers.
• Achieve budgeted service, cost and quality targets.
