Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to play a key role in the S&OP process for the UK & Ireland. You will manage demand signals, coordinate with Central Planning, and help ensure product availability across distribution centres.

Candidates should have FMCG/consumer electronics experience, strong analytical and numerical abilities, and a collaborative mindset to influence stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning/forecasting in FMCG or consumer electronics environments.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systems.
• Customer-focused with high attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Ability to identify risks and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the demand signal across the UK & Ireland and support the S&OP process.
• Monitor inventories, track production and improve product availability.
• Collaborate with Central Planning and regional distribution centres.
• Provide data-driven insights to colleagues across the business.
