Job summary

Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) is seeking a Demand Planner to drive the S&OP process across the UK & Ireland. You will own the demand signal, monitor inventories, track production and work with Central Planning to improve availability at customer and regional DC levels.

Based at Birchwood Park with a hybrid model (3 days in the office / 2 days at home), you will need FMCG/Consumer Electronics planning experience and a strong analytical mindset to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning/forecasting in FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Consumer Durables.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to identify risks and take appropriate mitigations.
• Collaborative and able to support colleagues across the business.

As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Demand Planner who will play an integral part in the S&OP process across the UK and Ireland.

As Demand Planner, you’ll have an essential role across the Haier UK&I Supply Chain and will play an integral part in the S&OP process. You’ll be responsible for the demand signal which is sent across to the Central Planning department with responsibility for managing and monitoring inventories, tracking production and improving availability, both at customer and Regional Distribution Centre level.

With experience of working in a demand planning/forecasting role in an FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Consumer Durable environment, you’ll have excellent working knowledge of supply chain principles and knowledge and experience of working with an ERP system. Customer focused with high attention to detail, you’ll have excellent numerical and analytical skills, the ability to identify risks and highlight the appropriate action to mitigate these and demonstrable experience of utilising analytical information to influence stakeholders. You’ll also be a collaborative individual, taking responsibility for supporting and advising colleagues across the business.

You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
