Job summary

Haier Europe, including Candy, Hoover, and Haier brands, seeks a Demand Planner to drive the S&OP process across the UK & Ireland. Based at Birchwood Park with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), you will manage the demand signal and work to optimise inventories and product availability.

Ideal candidates have FMCG/consumer electronics demand planning experience, strong ERP knowledge, and excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning/forecasting in FMCG or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systems.
• Customer-focused with high numerical and analytical skills.
• Collaborative, able to influence stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand signal across the UK & Ireland.
• Support and drive the S&OP process with Central Planning.
• Monitor inventories and track production to improve availability.
• Collaborate with regional teams to balance demand and supply.
• Provide actionable insights to mitigate risks.
