Job summary

Haier Europe UK & Ireland is hiring a Demand Planner based at Birchwood Park with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). You will own the demand signal, support S&OP, and help balance inventories and production for the UK & Ireland market.

We are seeking candidates with FMCG forecasting experience, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and a collaborative approach to influence stakeholders across the business. Salary around £45,000 DOE with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning/forecasting in FMCG or consumer electronics/durable environments.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify risks and advise on mitigations using analytical information.
• Collaborative, able to influence stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand signal and monitor inventories and production plans.
• Support S&OP process coordination across UK & Ireland.
• Contribute to availability improvements at customer and RDC levels.
