Job summary

inMusic is seeking a Planner to ensure optimal stock levels across our sales regions. You will monitor inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate supplier orders to maintain supply continuity while minimising ris ks of overstock or stockouts.

You will analyze data, work with Sales, Production, and Suppliers, and use ERP systems to report performance and drive improvements. Excellent English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ diploma level education in logistics, management, economics or related field.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin preferred but not essential.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and supply chain planning software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across the supply chain to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Forecast demand using historical data, orders, and forecasts; collaborate with sales teams.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to align production schedules and deliveries.
