Greggs is seeking a Demand Analyst to join the IT & Business Change team at Innovate House in Newcastle upon Tyne on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The role involves analysing demand trends, performance data and business needs, translating findings into evidence-based recommendations and aiding strategic decision-making.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capability and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions to prioritise initiatives and continuously improve

Qualificações

• Highly analytical with ability to translate data into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, PivotTables, data manipulation, modelling and dashboards.
• Experience in analysing complex data, trends and performance to inform decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse business needs, trends and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis from multiple sources to test assumptions and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Support development of strategic roadmaps aligning business goals with ITBC capabilities.
• Monitor service performance using KPIs and dashboards; report value delivery and relationship health.
• Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards and analytical tools to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve demand management and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and drive engagement.
• Introduce automation to reduce manual effort and speed up insight generation.
