Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Supply Chain Forecaster in Kegworth on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role reports to the Demand & Forecast Manager and focuses on driving forecasting accuracy, maintaining and updating volume forecasts, and generating routine reports.

You will analyse forecast data, monitor KPIs, and work with multiple teams to improve forecast reliability. The position requires strong Excel skills, data interpretation, and a proactive, collaborative approach to optimize forecasting

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Experience in supply chain, forecasting, planning, inventory, or data-driven environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting activities to ensure accurate planning and optimise operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and other stakeholders to support S&OP processes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Maintain forecasting systems and master data, ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
