Job summary

Reply, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Transformation Consultant to shape and deliver technology-enabled change for clients in the UK. You will mobilise and manage end-to-end delivery across mobilisation, planning, execution and benefits realization.

The role involves leading major workstreams or programmes, advising sponsors, and building long-term client relationships within a dynamic delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-enabled change programmes.
• Strong programme, portfolio and project management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and mobilise projects, programmes and workstreams with clear outcomes and governance.
• Establish and manage robust PPM controls across plans, resources, budgets, risks and benefits.
• Lead client, supplier and internal teams, removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
