Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions for new communication channels and digital media, with a focus on the public sector in the UK. We are seeking a Technology Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of complex, tech-enabled change and transformation programmes across the public sector and highly regulated environments.

You will own end-to-end delivery, bringing together people, process, data and technology to ensure digital services are delivered in line with government

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technology programmes in public sector or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of GDS Service Standards, agile delivery, and governance models.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and financial controls within a consulting or programme environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, GDS-aligned digital services and transformation programmes.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across engineering, architecture, data, and product.
• Manage delivery budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with transparency and value for money.
• Plan and manage team capacity, resourcing models, and demand across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align delivery with architectural intent and constraints.
• Embed agile and product-led delivery practices suitable for public sector governance.
