Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking an Associate Manager to lead technology transformation programmes across High Tech sectors. You will own delivery workstreams from requirements through deployment, coordinating across architects, engineers and business teams to ensure measurable client outcomes.

You will manage analysts and consultants, mentor junior staff, and drive agile delivery while engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience leading a project or significant workstream and taking accountability for delivery.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle.
• Experience operating in Agile delivery environments and working with multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI, cloud, data, automation, digital platforms or other emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery workstreams, taking ownership of scope, plans, milestones, dependencies and outcomes.
• Manage and develop Analysts and Consultants, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance.
• Work directly with client business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear delivery plans and technology outcomes.
• Drive delivery across the technology lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, build, testing, implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, product owners, business teams and third-party providers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead delivery using Agile methodologies, including planning, backlog management, prioritisation and delivery tracking.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving resolution and escalating appropriately.
• Lead client meetings and workshops and provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to programmes across AI, cloud, data, automation and digital platforms, bringing relevant technology knowledge and market awareness.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and bring additional Accenture capabilities into engagements.
• Support proposals, solutioning and business development activity across the High Tech portfolio.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for key stakeholders.
