Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA invites a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand engineering staffing in the UK, driving new client acquisition and nurturing key relationships with a focus on the Automotive sector.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with European teams, and develop compelling proposals that demonstrate SEGULA's staffing solutions for manufacturing, energy, infrastructure and tech industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development for engineering staffing.
• Strong understanding of the automotive sector and related industries.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Business Development initiatives within the Automotive sector, targeting new logos and expanding existing relationships.
• Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and signing, including C-suite engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand client needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and refine proposals.
• Collaborate with European teams to ensure proposals and contracts align with client needs.
• Develop proposals and presentations to communicate value and differentiate SEGULA's staffing solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and webinars to grow the network and thought leadership in Engineering Services.
