Region Security Guarding Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK security market. You will focus on manned guarding, static security, and related services, building relationships with senior decision-makers and developing a robust sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has proven B2B sales experience within the security sector, a track record of winning contracts, and the ability to source, tender, price, and mobilise security contracts across the West

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience required (2+ years).
• Security industry knowledge preferred (2+ years).
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new contracts across the UK market.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and visits.
• Attend client meetings and security site surveys.
