Job summary

ABL Recruitment is seeking an OEM Dealer Network Operations Manager to shape the UK dealer strategy, set objectives and KPIs, and drive performance across the network. You will report to the Head of Network Development and lead a team of three Sales Trainers while collaborating with the Head of Sales on brand growth.

Travel to dealerships to verify understanding and gather feedback; review performance data and translate it into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Automotive OEM experience in a network-facing role responsible for performance management on a scale.

Responsibilities

• Review sales performance, retailer scorecards, variable margin measures and composite reports.
• Identify sites performing well and those with potential upside; translate performance data into clear actions.
• Speak to or visit key retailers to understand ground realities and performance.
• Lead the training team, set priorities and manage objectives, performance and results.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales and Head of Network Development to benchmark against UK strategy.
• Attend supplier meetings and tender/contract renewals to support supplier management.
• Communicate with dealerships via webinars, emails or presentations to explain priorities and incentives.
