Instant Impact is seeking a Reporting Systems & Automation Analyst in London to deliver reporting, automation and business system solutions across Compliance and Risk. You will design, develop and enhance applications, dashboards and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency, data quality and insight.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server and Dataverse, translating business needs

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering reporting, automation and BI solutions using the Power Platform.
Ability to gather requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
Strong data visualization and data quality focus.
Experience in a financial services or regulated environment preferred.

Responsabilités

Design, develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for Compliance and Risk.
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to deliver meaningful insights.
Support and maintain business systems; investigate and resolve issues.
Translate business requirements into scalable automation and reporting solutions.
Manage testing, releases and continuous improvement of systems.
Document configurations, processes and change records; ensure data integrity.
Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server and integrated data sources.
Develop system integrations and APIs; automated workflows between apps.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
