Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Data Lead for the Corporate Domain in Luton, offering hybrid working and a 40-hour week. You will shape the data agenda, coordinate cross-functional teams and translate business priorities into measurable data outcomes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive governance, and deliver value across finance, regulatory reporting, ESG and HR data, combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery in a domain-led data function.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data & analytics in a large organisation.
• Ability to translate business priorities into measurable data outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define the Corporate data strategy and roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of data initiatives delivering measurable value across finance, regulatory reporting and HR.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across analytics, engineering and data science.
