Job summary

Johnson Controls, a leading provider of building technologies, seeks a Data Centre Strategic Account Manager for the UK Security segment. You will develop relationships with consultants, contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators to drive opportunities across the region and position JCI as the preferred partner.

You will hunt sales, build trusted relationships, and work with regional data centre teams to maximize pipeline, orders, and customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in technical or solutions-based sales within a B2B environment.
• Consultative selling approach with ability to influence decisions.
• Experience working independently within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators.
• Create and execute account plans to grow market share and pipeline.
• Conduct customer presentations and position as trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and regional teams to support projects.
