Job summary

Databricks in London seeks a strategic technical leader to collaborate with our largest enterprise customers to accelerate data and AI transformation across the UK & Ireland. You will drive organisational change as a Lead Solutions Architect, advising at executive levels and shaping long-term data strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience influencing technology change at a global-scale enterprise level with a focus on Data & AI strategy and implementation.
• Deep appreciation of customer and vendor commercial motivations and sales cycles.
• Understanding of Data & AI technology market players including hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bias towards showing practical, built examples to inspire stakeholders.
• Deep experience in core data & AI technologies including Python, SQL, Spark, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic partnerships with stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives to articulate the Databricks vision.
• Design engagement strategies with Account Executives and UKI Leadership to address largest customers.
• Mentor the wider practice and guide teams on complex customer scenarios at executive levels.
• Engage across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party tools for seamless customer experiences.
• Lead executive engagement, create customer-facing content, and speak at industry events.
