Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex cross-functional technology programs in agile environments.
• Expert stakeholder and vendor management with strong influencing skills.
• Technically fluent with ability to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences.
• Analytical, data-driven, and able to translate metrics into actions.
• Excellent communication with strong executive-ready messaging and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with agile and traditional methods.
• Monitor progress, update stakeholders, and lead forums for governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders on scope and deliverables.
• Define operating models to support business readiness and change.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis with validation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
