Job summary

JPMorganChase in London seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager within the CDAO to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs that impact clients, employees and partners.

You will translate business and technical objectives into workstreams, manage budgets and resources, and guide data platform choices across cloud-native platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, while coordinating with Product and risk teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management for large organizations.
• Hands-on with agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Project.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, management, and solution implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead through change and manage dependencies in shifting environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of modern data platforms including data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake; AWS analytics services.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Manage day-to-day program execution using JIRA, Confluence, and tracking user stories.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies with engineering teams.
• Maintain program documentation: status reports, RAID logs, risk registers.
• Oversee engineering risks, issues, dependencies across programs.
• Engage stakeholders across Lines of Business.
• Guide technology selections and tool implementations.
• Champion continuous improvement and stay updated on emerging tech.
• Partner with Product to align programs with goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates to leadership.
