Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Project Manager II to lead strategic programs from conception to execution, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering outcomes aligned with business strategy. You will manage complex IAS initiatives, deploy data-driven insights, and mentor teams while ensuring adherence to risk and control standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills in a PM context.
• Experience using data analytics to plan, analyze, and derive insights.
• Proficiency with software, digital platforms and tools to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience managing a diverse team with delegation and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of IAS (Inter-Affiliate Services) projects, cross-functional and data-driven.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, allocate resources and track milestones.
• Use conflict management and team-building to foster collaboration and mitigate risks.
• Apply strategic thinking to assess scenarios, impacts and make informed decisions.
• Ensure projects comply with Risk, Control and firm-wide guidelines.
