Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to execution (4+ years).
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills in a PM context.
• Experience using data analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
• Proficient in using digital tools to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience growing and guiding a diverse team with inclusive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional projects aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with milestones and resource allocation.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks and issues.
• Apply strategic thinking to evaluate scenarios and inform decisions impacting outcomes.
