Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Commercial & Investment Bank is seeking a Business Initiatives Manager to translate strategy into execution for Client360, supporting priority initiatives and partnering with product and technology teams.

In Data, Digital & AI, you will work with leaders, engineering, and operations to implement data- and AI-enabled commercial solutions for executives, team leads, and frontline bankers—tracking progress and ensuring outcomes are measurable and aligned to program objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering business initiatives, projects, or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.
• Experience supporting adoption of lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience with CRM systems within financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and execution of business initiatives for Client360 transformation.
• Participates in planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of business programs.
• Contributes to ideation and implementation of initiatives to drive growth and reduce risk.
• Coaches junior team members on best practices in business analysis and change management.
• Collaborates with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure scalability and user-centricity.
• Helps define business experience for Client360 focusing on data-driven insights and stakeholder satisfaction.
