Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Business Manager to shape Finance & Business Management direction for AI in Operations. You will partner with senior leaders, influence strategy and deliver measurable outcomes across Commercial & Investment Bank functions.

You will blend portfolio management, operating model design and hands-on execution to achieve business goals, fostering operational excellence and impactful transformation in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive experience in financial services or related fields in business management, strategy or transformation.
• Proven ability to craft investment-grade business cases with financial acumen.
• Advanced data literacy and ability to translate insights into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define objectives, targets and metrics; translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Lead or support operations product and transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled use cases.
• Own headcount and expense forecasting; support budgeting and business reviews.
• Manage allocations, cost-to-serve modeling and benchmarking for pricing.
• Develop rigorous business cases with problem statements, options and risk analysis.
• Lead investment governance: intake, prioritization, approvals and benefits tracking.
• Build metrics frameworks and executive dashboards linked to strategy.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and root causes; present concise narratives.
• Prepare materials for senior forums to communicate impact clearly.
• Coordinate across functions to drive cross-functional decisioning and resolve issues.
• Oversee governance and people agenda initiatives; support communications.
