Job summary

Bottomline in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Success Manager within Risk Solutions to optimize the customer journey and protect revenue across a portfolio. You will act as the main liaison, drive adoption of our SaaS solutions, and partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities while ensuring customer outcomes.

You will monitor engagement metrics, support cross-functional teams, and deliver proactive reviews to boost retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
• Commercial mindset with upsell/cross-sell focus.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and drive retention.
• Experience executing one-to-many customer campaigns (e.g., email, webinars).
• Process-oriented with a KPIs and goals mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Protect revenue and maximise renewal opportunities; identify upsell potential.
• Monitor customer health scores and proactively address issues.
• Serve as main contact and coordinate with sales, support, and product teams to resolve concerns.
• Prepare reports and insights on customer success initiatives and outcomes.
