Salesforce is seeking a Life Sciences Program Executive to lead enterprise AI and digital transformations for strategic Life Sciences customers. You will own end-to-end delivery, govern P&L, and chair executive steering committees across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medtech.

This role focuses on aligning IT strategy with business processes, driving adoption of Life Sciences Cloud capabilities, and delivering measurable business impact through agentic workflows and AI productivity tools.

Competenze

• 12+ years in professional services or management consulting delivery.
• 5+ years in Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech or healthcare).
• Led large enterprise programs $10M+ from inception to readiness.
• Hands-on with AI productivity tools or modern software in delivery.
• Proven P&L management, revenue forecasting, and margins.
• Executive-level relationship management with C-suite.

• Own end-to-end delivery for multi-million-dollar Life Sciences transformations.
