Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects end to end while managing scope, timelines and quality.
• Run discovery workshops to map current-state processes and define target configuration.
• Coordinate multi-site and multi-country rollouts across regions and time zones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful go-lives and customer success.
