Job summary

Culina, based in Stafford, is seeking a Customer Service Account Executive to join the Contract division on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the primary contact for selected accounts, coordinating with internal teams to resolve delivery issues, claims and POD queries while driving service improvements and strong client relationships.

The role includes mentoring colleagues, monitoring KPIs, and participating in growth initiatives.

Qualifications

A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to coach, train and motivate team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication; adapt style as needed.
Creative approach to problem solving and diplomacy.
Experience in a customer-facing environment.
Strong understanding of logistics and despatch operations.

Responsibilities

Be the single point of contact for selected customer accounts and resolve delivery issues, claims and POD queries.
Support development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Monitor processes using customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Mentor and develop other team members to excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Hold regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss expectations and improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and report on KPI performance.
