You will proactively manage key accounts, liaise with internal departments, and support KPI-driven processes to optimise cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day orders and sales administration end-to-end.
• Maintain the order book for key accounts and national customers.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to meet KPI targets.
• Promote online portals and digital tools for customers.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and cost-efficient customer service.
