Job summary

Epson Europe B.V. seeks a Product Owner for CRM and Business Solutions in the Watford area. You will maximize value from CRM and business applications by translating business needs into actionable requirements and working with stakeholders, developers and vendors to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

You will lead workshops, write clear user stories, and drive testing cycles (functional testing and UAT) while maintaining strong documentation and governance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and solution specs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams and vendors to deliver technology solutions.
• Support users, manage enhancement requests and act as SME for assigned business applications.
• Understand business processes and customer engagement platforms to design practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, functional testing and UAT.
• Familiar with Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Proactively translate and review business requirements and user stories with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to challenge requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver CRM and related business applications.
• Participate in testing cycles, ensure acceptance criteria are met and coordinate UAT.
• Document requirements, decisions and governance activities.
• Assist users and manage enhancement requests as SME for the product landscape.
