Job summary

Epson Europe B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner in our Watford office to translate business strategy into deliverable outcomes for our subscription and recurring revenue platforms.

You will gather requirements, write specifications, and work with business and technical teams to deliver platform enhancements while avoiding software development work. Hybrid working is supported with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business-facing role supporting digital platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in Agile environments with Jira, user stories and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Power BI and MS Dynamics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements, translate into user stories and functional specs.
• Support product roadmap planning and upcoming development cycles.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide requirements clarification throughout delivery.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and end users; communicate progress and changes.
