Job summary

Bicycle Ripple is seeking a Senior Creator & Talent Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of creator, influencer and talent strategy. Lead casting, outreach, negotiations, content delivery and reporting for campaigns with senior leadership oversight.

You will strengthen Ripple's creator capability, nurture industry relationships, and help grow the business through strategic partnerships across creators and talent networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or a closely related role.
• Strong experience delivering creator campaigns, talent collaborations end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of the UK creator, influencer and talent landscape.
• Existing relationships across creators, talent agents, managers and/or creator partners.
• Proven experience identifying, casting and recommending creators against client briefs.
• Experience negotiating fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and paid amplification.
• Good understanding of creator contracting, disclosure requirements and industry best practice.
• Experience managing creator and talent budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence presenting creator and talent recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, creator formats and emerging trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Casting: Translate briefs into creator strategies across organic, paid, and ambassador partnerships.
• End-to-End Execution: Lead discovery, outreach, briefing, contracting, content approvals, usage rights, and performance tracking.
• Commercials & Negotiation: Negotiate fees, deliverables, exclusivity, and licensing; manage budgets for cost efficiency.
• Team & Process Development: Support junior staff, refine tools/processes, share platform trends.
• Agency Growth: Bring specialist insight to pitches and expand scopes with clients.
• Culturally Tuned-In: Maintain passion for creators, entertainment, and trends.
• Commercially Minded & Decisive: Manage budgets, usage rights, and value creation.
• Organised & Proactive: Handle multiple moving parts with a solutions-first approach.
• Collaborative & Growth-Oriented: Mentor others and evolve agency processes.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced evolving environment with shifting priorities.
