Job summary

Connect Management is a social-first talent and influencer management agency based in the UK. We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to own the contracts function and turn complex contractual terms into practical, commercial solutions.

You will draft, review and negotiate influencer, talent and brand partnership agreements, as well as agency and campaign contracts, ensuring risk is managed and commercial objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience across influencer, talent, sponsorship and brand partnerships.
• Experience with IP, licensing and usage rights.
• Good working knowledge of UK advertising and influencer marketing rules and compliance.
• Experience coordinating disputes and coordinating with external counsel.
• Understanding of contract management tools and scalable contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate influencer, talent, creator and brand partnership agreements.
• Review agency, client and campaign agreements and advise on sponsorships and licensing.
• Manage IP, content rights, usage rights and indemnities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in influencer marketing and advertising disclosures.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and scalable processes across the business.
• Build relationships with Talent Managers, Account Managers and senior leadership to enable contracts function growth.
