Inspired is seeking a senior specialist to develop and deliver a high-performing influencer and creator partnership model across national clients. You will lead outreach, negotiate partnerships and manage TikTok campaigns, while building tools and processes for consistent delivery and compliance.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven outreach, content rights, affiliate opportunities and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable performance and strong client results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering influencer or creator campaigns for national brands.
• Experience operating to national agency standards with clear processes and reporting.
• Strong understanding of paid creator partnerships, affiliate/commission models and content rights.
• Experience with TikTok campaign development and creator outreach is desirable.
• Ability to report on performance with context and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Own development and delivery of influencer outreach, creator partnerships and TikTok capability across clients.
• Build frameworks for paid creator partnerships, gifting, campaigns and affiliate opportunities.
• Create tools, templates, pricing guidance, reports and compliance processes.
• Lead outreach, negotiation, briefing, campaign management and post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with CRMs, SEO, PPC, CRO, Outreach, Content, Design, Web Dev and QA to align with client strategy.
