Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the southwest UK is seeking Cost Managers to join our contract and cost management team within the UK Infrastructure business. You will work with clients in transportation and utilities on major projects, delivering cost monitoring, forecasts, and value engineering.

The role offers opportunities to lead contract change, manage budgets, and support governance with proactive cost control across multiple commissions and teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with NEC3/Option A,C & E preferred.
• Strong cost management, valuation, risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts to meet project objectives and governance.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow with timely applications.
• Collaborate with client/contractor teams on KPIs, programmes and value engineering.
• Lead contract changes and drive forecast accuracy and budgets.
