Job summary

Tŷ Hafan is seeking an ambitious Corporate Fundraising Manager to lead our corporate fundraising programme and build deeper connections with business communities across Wales and beyond.

You will lead a team, secure new corporate supporters, maximise existing partnerships, and deliver innovative fundraising opportunities that support children with life-shortening conditions and their families. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify income streams and ensure excellent supporter experiences.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced relationship-builder with a proven track record of developing successful partnerships and delivering income growth.
• You will be a confident communicator who engages with people at all levels and can effectively represent Tŷ Hafan to businesses and senior stakeholders.
• You will be highly organised, results-focused and able to manage multiple priorities, develop strategic plans and use data to measure success.

Responsibilities

• Grow Tŷ Hafan’s corporate fundraising income and develop meaningful partnerships with businesses across Wales and beyond.
• Lead a dedicated team and secure new corporate supporters while maximising value of existing partnerships.
• Deliver innovative fundraising opportunities that inspire organisations to support children with life-shortening conditions and their families.
• Collaborate with fundraising, marketing and service delivery teams to create compelling partnership opportunities and new income streams.
