Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Director of Finance, Digital and Transformation to provide strategic leadership across Finance, Governance and Risk, Digital, Data and Technology, and Business Change. You will help shape our organisational strategy and ensure long-term financial sustainability while leading major transformative programmes.

You will oversee financial planning, reporting, and cash management, and act as Senior Information Risk Owner, guiding governance,

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with executive finance leadership experience.
Experience advising a board on finance, governance, risk, and compliance.
Track record leading digital transformation and technology-enabled change.
Ability to translate complex information for diverse stakeholders.
Experience in regulated environments and information risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of financial strategy, annual plans and budgets.
Provide clear financial insight and assurance for decision-making.
Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, cash management and reserves.
Act as executive lead for governance, risk and assurance.
Oversee digital, data and technology strategy and transformation programmes.
Build and develop high-performing teams across finance, governance, IT and change.
