Job summary

Red Recruit Global, in collaboration with an award-winning removals and storage firm, seeks a Move Manager to service corporate customers from its Basingstoke branch. This role suits someone with a strong customer services background.

Your day will involve coordinating shipments, advising corporate clients, monitoring worldwide consignments, and maintaining communication with agents, service suppliers, and internal departments to meet KPIs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smooth shipment of corporate clients' goods.
• Provide advice to corporate customers and monitor consignments worldwide.
• Maintain communication with agents, service suppliers and internal departments.
• Handle financial and operational processes in a centralised system.
• Manage financial aspects of each file per contracted rates and specs.
• Assist in developing account relationships and onboarding new departments.
