No removals experience required; full training provided. Strong customer service, admin, and communication skills are essential. Competitive salary up to £26,000 plus training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing complete door-to-door removals and relocation services.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their move.
• Liaising with internal departments, UK and international agents, suppliers and service partners.
• Monitoring consignments and providing customers with regular updates.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following company procedures.
• Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services.
• Delivering an outstanding and stress-free moving experience.
