Responsibilities

• Handle the service provided to clients by Aon Commercial Insurance and third-party providers.
• Ensure the highest level of service to each assigned client, aligned to agreed client service tools.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Aon's broader products and services to meet client needs.
• Understand and communicate each client's business challenges to internal teams.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across your client portfolio, including meeting annual targets.
• Work in accordance with the UK Risk Management Framework and ensure compliance with all policies, including mandatory risk and compliance training.
