Job summary

Aon is recruiting for an Insurance Client Manager to join the Corporate Risk team in Leeds. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually and from the Leeds office, focusing on managing corporate client relationships and delivering tailored insurance risk solutions.

You will develop a portfolio of corporate clients, design insurance programmes, and collaborate with specialists to grow revenue while upholding high client care and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships within commercial or corporate insurance.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance and risk solutions for mid-market or corporate clients.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and identify opportunities for growth.
• Commercial mindset with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• ACII qualification or working towards certification, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate retail clients as trusted adviser.
• Design and oversee clients' insurance programmes and service plans.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional Aon solutions and services.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver service and advice.
• Grow revenue and profitability of the client portfolio while maintaining high client care and compliance.
