Job summary

Aon is hiring a Client Director to join our Corporate team in Leicester. This hybrid role allows virtual work and Leicester office presence, focusing on leading a portfolio of corporate clients and delivering tailored risk solutions.

You will identify client needs, design Scope of Service Agreements, and act as the senior contact between clients and Corporate, while supporting Client Managers and driving revenue for the business.

• Consistent track record building relationships with senior leaders in large corporates.
• Strong knowledge of global insurance products and markets.
• Solid understanding of risk management concepts and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify client service requirements and lead the service team to meet standards.
• Maintain client expectations and communicate progress, addressing issues promptly.
• Act as senior relationship manager across the client portfolio.
• Look for new sales opportunities and support future client visits.
