Aon is recruiting for a Client Manager to join our Corporate Risk team in Leeds. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Leeds office.

You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their trusted adviser and delivering outstanding service. You will work with colleagues across Aon to provide innovative insurance and risk solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in commercial or corporate insurance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and risk solutions for mid-market/corporate clients.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• ACII qualified or working towards qualification, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Design and oversee clients' insurance programmes and service plans.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional Aon solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver exceptional service and advice.
• Grow revenue and profitability of the client portfolio while maintaining high standards of client care and compliance.
