Bimplus is seeking a dynamic Contracts Director to lead our contract management and procurement initiatives within civil engineering projects. You will oversee negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex contracts across multiple projects, ensuring compliance and value delivery.

The role requires strategic leadership, team management, and close collaboration with project managers, legal, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office for project tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and negotiation of contracts to secure favorable terms while safeguarding organizational interests.
• Manage a team of contract specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, legal teams, procurement officers, and stakeholders to align contract strategies with project goals.
• Oversee contract lifecycle processes using tools like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite to monitor deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for contract management that promote consistency and efficiency across all projects.
• Conduct risk assessments related to contractual obligations and proactively address potential issues before they escalated.
• Maintain organized records of all contractual documents using advanced organizational skills and IT systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
