Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to own projects from initial survey through to completion, coordinating surveyors, site foremen, trades and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

You'll monitor progress across multiple live jobs, manage variations and costs, uphold health and safety and quality standards, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, trades and contractors.
• Strong commercial awareness of costs, variations and profitability.
• Knowledge of health & safety, CDM and construction compliance.
• Confident IT skills to manage project information and records.
• Excellent communication and people management to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy portfolio of construction projects from survey to completion.
• Plan and coordinate Surveyors, trades, subcontractors, labour, materials and schedules.
• Monitor progress, conduct site audits and resolve on-site issues.
• Review scopes of work, manage variations and project costs.
• Ensure health & safety, CDM, risk assessments and quality compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
