Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Landscaping Contracts Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of projects across residential developments. You will ensure contracts are delivered efficiently, profitably and to high standards, coordinating with clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

The role requires a commercially minded, highly organised professional who looks to improve productivity, labour efficiency, and cost control while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager in landscaping projects.
• Experience with housebuilders and residential developments.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Holds a valid CSCS card.
• Commercial awareness and ability to control labour and costs.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple landscaping contracts to meet deadlines, budgets and specifications.
• Be the main client contact, building relationships with housebuilders.
• Plan labour, materials, plant and resources across projects.
• Monitor progress with site teams and resolve issues quickly.
• Review performance and suggest cost, labour or process improvements.
• Maintain contract documentation and reporting across projects.
• Produce management reports using Excel and bespoke systems.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
