Crawford & Company is seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to optimise a regional network of contractors and suppliers within the insurance claims space. You will drive quality, capacity and cost metrics, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements.

The role involves travel across the UK, recruiting and vetting suppliers, and using MI tools to steer improvements while maintaining client relationships and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance property reinstatement or building repair; merge lines into one.
• Experience managing supplier or contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs, audits and improvement plans.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, H&S and asbestos regulations for domestic/commercial repairs.
• Understanding FCA conduct requirements in claims and consumer duty/complaints handling.
• Comfortable using data and MI (Excel or similar) to set priorities and show improvement.
• Experience resolving complaints and disputes with contractors and customers.
• Strong customer focus to develop Member partnerships and client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.

Responsabilités

• Build, train and performance manage a network of quality contractors and suppliers within your area.
• Recruit and vet quality suppliers to meet business demand including surge events.
• Manage supplier capacity, adapting to changes in demand and service offerings.
• Interpret and utilise management information to inform supplier priorities.
• Advise, train, support and drive performance improvements with suppliers.
• Adopt continuous improvement in supplier management using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify poor performance and implement performance improvement plans.
• Conduct site and desktop audits and write improvement plans.
• Attend to and mediate complaints, considering cost and reputation impact.
• Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Promote Crawford & Company at client meetings and ensure compliance with H&S and FCA.
