Crawford & Company is seeking a Regional Supplier Performance Manager to oversee contractor networks across the UK, ensuring capacity, quality and cost targets are met. You will implement the supply chain strategy, drive performance improvements and manage audits and compliance across regions.

You will analyse MI to prioritise actions, coach suppliers, and lead ongoing supplier relationship initiatives while travelling as needed to support surge events and regional delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience in insurance property reinstatement or building repair, covering managed repair, contractor-side, loss adjusting or claims supply chain.
• Experience managing supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs, including audits, improvement plans and difficult performance conversations.
• Working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, H&S and asbestos regulations as they apply to repairs.
• Understanding of FCA conduct requirements in claims: Consumer Duty, complaints handling and fair treatment of vulnerable customers.
• Comfortable using data and MI (Excel or similar) to set priorities and show improvement.
• Experience resolving complaints and disputes with contractors and customers.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly across the region.
• CIOB or RICS membership, or working towards it; CII or CILA qualification.
• Experience recruiting and onboarding contractors, including vetting and compliance checks.
• Experience responding to surge events and scaling capacity quickly.
• Ability to validate scopes and costs, e.g. schedules of rates or estimating.
• Site safety qualification such as SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH.

Responsabilidades

• To build, train and performance manage a network of quality contractors and suppliers within your geographic area.
• To recruit and vet quality suppliers to meet demand including surge events and all work streams.
• To continually manage supplier capacity, adapting to changes in demand and service offering.
• To use MI to inform priorities in managing suppliers and cost outcomes.
• Advise, train, support and drive performance improvements with suppliers throughout your geographic area.
• To adopt a continuous improvement approach to supplier management using qualitative and quantitative data.
• To identify poor performance and take corrective action with performance improvement plans.
• To undertake site and desktop audits on suppliers and write up findings and improvement plans.
• To manage supplier relationships through communication, reporting and regular meetings.
• To ensure suppliers’ compliance with H&S, FCA procedures and TCF requirements.
• To participate in delivery of products, services and initiatives and achieve growth targets.
• To promote Crawford & Company ethics and values in client engagements.
