Homeprotect is seeking a qualified leader to design and deliver a robust Claims Supply Chain Strategy. You will drive supplier performance, procurement, and contract management to optimise claims cost, indemnity spend and customer outcomes.

The role requires cross-functional influence, regulatory awareness and a track record of tangible improvements. As part of a flexible, hybrid working model, you will collaborate with technology, data science and customer teams to deliver value while upholding

Formación

• Strategic supply chain leadership experience in a claims environment.
• Executive level stakeholder management, including board exposure.
• Insight and intelligence gathering in home claims supply chains.
• Experience leading supply chains with regulatory/compliance focus.
• Track record delivering improvements to claims spend and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic design and delivery of the Homeprotect Supply Chain Outcomes strategy.
• Manage supplier performance within contract tolerances and add value.
• Lead contract management and flexible supply chain solutions.
• Oversee supplier procurement with cross-functional input.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QA with suppliers.
• Support market insights and share intel with stakeholders.
• Represent Supply Chain interests in internal/external forums.
• Lead the Supply Chain Outcomes forum to track improvements.
