Job summary

Codurance is seeking an Engagement Manager to join our teams in London or Manchester, with a hybrid setup. You will manage client relationships, align teams, and help deliver value across projects while collaborating with business development and marketing to drive proposals and capabilities.

You will lead with a focus on transparent communication, coaching, and growth, drawing on a passion for building strong client partnerships and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively build relationships with strategic stakeholders within the client and act as an advisor.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and business value.
• Proven track record in planning and executing technical or product strategies.

Responsibilities
